At the heart of the 3 Cord Collective is a simple belief: we are stronger when we walk together. Our paths have taken different turns, but we are united by our passion for stewardship and our belief that every small, unseen act of service has eternal value. Below, you’ll meet the hearts behind this collective—each bringing a unique perspective, yet all bound by a shared commitment to building homes of integrity and faith. Meet Christy Hamilton:

A Texas native known for her heart for teaching, encouragement, and discipleship, Christy
Hamilton is a faith-based teacher, speaker, and creative who is passionate about helping
others grow deeper in their faith and confidently walk in God’s purpose for their lives. While
attending Christ for the Nations Institute, Christy had opportunities to participate in ministry and missions experiences in Germany, Poland, Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, Israel, and
Egypt, experiences that deepened her passion for biblical teaching, discipleship, and
encouraging others in their walk with Christ.Ch
Over the years, Christy has helped develop and speak at women’s conferences, Bible
studies, and ministry events, where her passion for equipping and encouraging others
continued to grow. Currently serving as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Grace
Fellowship in Rusk, Texas, she loves helping children and families build strong biblical
foundations while encouraging women and leaders in their faith journeys.
As a co-founder of 3Cord Collective, Christy contributes through teaching, curriculum and
course creation, biblical content development, and faith-based educational resources. She ispassionate about creating Bible studies, practical teaching tools, and Christ-centered
resources that strengthen faith, encourage spiritual growth, and help believers confidently live out their calling. Through encouragement, biblical truth, and practical discipleship, she hopes to inspire others to grow closer to God and walk boldly in the purpose He has for their lives.
Outside of ministry and work, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, geocaching,
sitting on the porch watching wildlife, riding four-wheelers, and loving on their dogs, Lola and Georgie. Affectionately known as “MiMi” by her grandchildren, she treasures time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and values making meaningful memories with the people she loves most.
Meet Carli Odom:

“Born and raised in Texas, Carli Odom is a Christian author of an upcoming devotional and a faith-based creative with a heart for encouraging women to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. Homeschooled through grade school and later earning a degree in psychology, Carli also worked as a Kindergarten teacher, where her heart for teaching and encouraging others continued to grow. She brings that same love and compassion into everything she creates. Yet through every season, writing remained close to her heart, and the Lord used it to lead her into a deeper calling in ministry—helping women build holy habits that become a natural part of everyday life.
As a co-founder of 3Cord Collective, Carli helps lead vision, brand growth, writing, and creative development. She is passionate about creating devotionals, Bible studies, digital resources, and faith-centered products that strengthen women, families, and believers in their daily walk with God. Through storytelling, encouragement, and biblical truth, she hopes to inspire fellowship, spiritual growth, and a more intimate relationship with the Lord.Outside of work, Carli loves traveling, spending time with family, and making meaningful memories with the people she loves most.
Meet Delia Weatherly:

A seasoned educator and administrator with a heart for service, Delia brings a unique blend of leadership and compassion to the 3Cord Collective. With a background as a private micro school Principal and a degrees in Sociology, Early Childhood and Computer Security, she serves as the collective’s Chief Technical Officer, ensuring the mission stays connected and accessible in the digital space. Her professional journey has spanned classroom instruction, school leadership, and private tutoring, where she has dedicated herself to building foundational literacy in young learners.
As the lead teacher for PK 4&5’s at The Story Church in Houston, Delia is passionate about nurturing the next generation of believers. Her writing is deeply rooted in her lived experience as a mother and a widow, offering a gentle, steady voice for those navigating the complexities of grief and the everyday rhythms of home and school. She is a dedicated advocate for “stewardship in the solitude,” encouraging women to find God’s presence even in life’s quietest chapters.
A native Texan, Delia finds her own anchor in the simple joys of life. When she isn’t managing technical operations or teaching, she enjoys camping in the Texas outdoors and playing 5 Crowns with friends. At home, she is most often found with her constant companion, a black and grey mini-schnauzer named Lil bit.
